RETURNS

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving your order, according to Section 10 of the Distance Contracts Act. For the return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with all packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used hair care products. Once we have approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 30 days via the same payment method. You will receive a confirmation via email.

  • The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all packaging. For hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products such as hairbrushes (according to Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act).

COMPLAINT

  • Register your complaint via the form further down this page.
    Errors must be reported within a reasonable time after they are discovered (usually within 2 months).
    We always provide feedback after we have reviewed the product. If the complaint is approved, the amount will be refunded or a new product will be sent out.

  • All electrical items we sell have a 1-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act and all warranties apply in Sweden. We are then responsible for complaint costs if the damage is considered a manufacturing defect.
    We are not responsible for defects that have occurred due to damage, wear and tear or neglect. Such defects include, for example, a torn cord, cracks in the product or fading of paint.

  • For a warranty or right of complaint to apply, a valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
    If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for any costs such as shipping fees and refund using the same payment method used for purchase.
    If the complaint is not approved, you are responsible for all costs incurred in connection with the matter (shipping, handling, etc.).

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • Pack the product well, in the original packaging with all packaging.
    You are responsible for the return until it is received by us, even if the package is damaged or lost in transit. We recommend that you send with tracking and take a photo before submitting the package.

  • After using the form further down this page, you will receive instructions via email on how to return the product. We do not automatically provide return labels.

  • When returning or exchanging, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. A return and handling fee of SEK 149 will be deducted from your refund. If the complaint is approved, we will of course be responsible for the shipping cost.

  • If you do not collect your package within the specified time, it will automatically be sent back to us. For uncollected packages, we charge a fee of SEK 249 to cover shipping, handling and administrative costs. The amount will be deducted from the refund. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act.
